ProfVault is built to work on the actual ATS platforms employers use, not just LinkedIn. Here is the live list of supported systems for 2026, what works well on each, and the few quirks worth knowing about.
Tier 1 — full field coverage
These are the platforms ProfVault is tuned and tested against. Standard contact fields, work history, education, skills, custom screening questions, and resume upload all work — see How to Beat ATS in 2026 for the parsing rules each ATS applies.
- Workday — the largest enterprise ATS by volume. Multi-step forms, conditional questions, and the famously verbose "experience" widget are all handled. Tip: let ProfVault fill the experience widget rather than manually editing it; the field structure is fragile.
- Greenhouse — clean schema, fast filling. Custom questions per posting are answered using RAG matching against your profile.
- Lever — similar to Greenhouse architecturally; near-perfect coverage.
- iCIMS — older UI, but the underlying field schema is stable. Full coverage.
- Taleo — Oracle's enterprise ATS. Full coverage including the legacy multi-tab forms.
- SuccessFactors (SAP) — enterprise-heavy. Full coverage on the modern UI; legacy iframes are handled with a fallback path.
- BambooHR — small/mid-business focused. Full coverage.
- JazzHR — full coverage.
- Ashby — modern, fast-growing ATS popular with Series A–C startups. Full coverage.
- SmartRecruiters — full coverage.
Tier 2 — works, with minor gaps
These work for the majority of fields but have a couple of edge cases — usually around custom widgets specific to a single employer's configuration.
- ADP Workforce Now — base fields and resume upload work; some employer-specific custom sections still need manual review.
- UKG / Kronos — works on the modern UI; older skins fall back to base field coverage only.
- Paycom — works; the document upload step occasionally needs a manual click.
- Paylocity — works; employer-customized question blocks vary in coverage.
Tier 3 — base fields only
For these, ProfVault fills the standard contact + work history fields but skips custom widgets that are too employer-specific to match safely.
- Custom Rails / Django careers pages built by smaller employers
- Personio (mostly EU)
- Recruitee
- Breezy HR
- Workable
Job boards
ProfVault is not a job board, but the extension activates on apply pages on:
- LinkedIn (including Easy Apply forms)
- Indeed (both Indeed Apply and external redirects)
- Glassdoor
- AngelList / Wellfound
- Hacker News "Who is hiring" redirects (covered by the underlying ATS)
How field matching actually works
Behind the scenes, the extension extracts the form's fields, sends them to the ProfVault API, and the matcher compares each field to your stored profile using vector similarity. That means the system handles unfamiliar field labels gracefully — "How long have you been writing software?" matches to your earliest software work-experience start date even if no explicit "years of experience" field exists.
The supported-sites list grows monthly. Tier 3 sites graduate to Tier 1 as we collect more field samples. If a site you use is not on this list, the extension still attempts to fill standard fields — and reports the field shape back so we can tune the matcher.

FAQ
My ATS is not on this list. Will the extension still work?
Yes — the extension activates on any page that looks like a form and attempts to fill standard fields (name, contact, work history). The 'Tier' labels above describe how thoroughly we have tested each platform; they are not gates.
How often is the supported-sites list updated?
We add new platforms as we collect enough field samples to tune the matcher safely. The list reflects April 2026; check this page or our changelog for the current version.
Does ProfVault work on LinkedIn Easy Apply forms?
Yes. LinkedIn jobs (including Easy Apply) are supported. See our LinkedIn Easy Apply comparison for the field-by-field breakdown.
What about AI-powered chat-style application interviews?
Conversational application interfaces (Phenom, Paradox, etc.) are partially supported. Standard fields fill; the conversational layer requires you to review and submit each turn.
Can I request support for a specific ATS?
Yes — open a request via myprofvault.com/support-page with a sample posting URL. Coverage requests with real URLs go to the front of the queue.
